I could say something nice about everyone on the team, there is not one person I would trade. If I had to pick one I need to pick our leader Bill. Every time I see Bill with someone he has a genuine way of making that person feel truly special. He sets the tone for the company.

Jennifer brings over 25 years of expertise and leadership in the hospitality industry to NHS Global Events. Throughout her career, she has worked with renowned brands, including Hilton, Hyatt, and Caesars Entertainment. As Director of Sales at Bally’s/Paris/Flamingo hotels, Jennifer managed an impressive portfolio of over 9,000 rooms and 300,000 square feet of meeting space. She then became the first employee to help launch The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where she spent six years as Director of Sales, building a high-performing team from the ground up.
For the past 13 years, Jennifer has been an integral part of NHS Global Events, serving as Senior Director of Global Accounts. Her role encompasses extensive experience in convention contract management, sales and marketing strategy, budgeting and forecasting, catering, and convention services. Her dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences has refined her skill set and established her as a trusted industry leader.
Outside of work, Jennifer is deeply committed to community service and volunteerism. She has served on numerous boards in hospitality and education and is an active supporter of initiatives focused on children, animals, and homelessness.

We have a Black Lab named Olive, a Husky named River and a
Cockalier named Dixie.
Favorite city?
Kauai, HI – this is where my husband and I were married.
If you were to star in a TV show, which one?
It would be something on the Food Network, perhaps a judge on Chopped or Cupcake Wars, possibly a chef on Iron chef.
Why do you love working in the events industry?
I love helping clients find the perfect home for their events as well as going on site to see a program materialize. The energy and excitement from attendees who are experiencing a destination or event for the first time is exhilarating. The motivation I can see in people as they leave an incentive trip or business rally is extremely gratifying.
